Who has the responsibility to ensure the proper distribution of the workers benefits by the Union Trust Funds?
It is the contractor’s responsibility, upon completion of the PSA Assent & Subscription Agreements, if necessary, to submit an accurate core list to the Union. The contractor is then required to have his core workers complete the proper documents and submit them to the Union Trust Funds for distribution of the benefits to the workers.
