Who has the most technically correct golf swing?
“Technically correct”? What does that mean, exactly? We all know a pretty swing when we see it, but the best swing is the one that consistently works for the individual. If you can produce the same results over and over again, then it doesn’t matter if your swing is technically correct or not. As long as it’s technically *sound.* That’s why Jim Furyk can do that loopy thing he does at the top of his swing and get away with it. lol The problem with a lot of golf instructors is that they want to change everyone’s swings to look the same. But I say whatever works (well) for the individual is the swing he or she should keep. As long as you can get that clubhead back to plane before it strikes the ball and you have a good, strong follow-through, it doesn’t matter what happens in the takeaway. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it. P.S. I like Ernie Els’ swing the best. They don’t call him The Big Easy for nothing. (And I miss Payne Stewart…his swing was a thing of beauty.) P.P.S. I don’t
