If you want to go into “urban legend” times There’s things like DeAngelo Hall 4.15, Bo Jackson 4.2 or 4.18, The Ismail brothers (“Rocket” and “Missle”) anywhere between 4.11 and 4.19, Deion Sanders 4.19 (and an even more outrageous 4.25 backwards), Michael Bennett 4.13, Laveranues Coles 4.2, Randy Moss and Michael Vick 4.25 (I’d say Randy could do that in his prime). Although unofficial, there is also the 4.15-4.2 (the 4.2 suposedly at age 42 –though if true, I think it would be 4.2 RANGE, not flat) of Darrell Green that is very believeable, as that man is DAMN fast (he was fastest man all 7 times at the pro-bowl).
