Who has the authority to convert an AOC into a site?

Your MAJCOM is responsible for actually converting all AOCs into sites. Installations with AOCs requiring conversion should call their MAJCOM and provide details on AOCs. The controls for validating an AOC have been grayed out at the installation level to avoid any confusion over the matter. Once the AOCs have been converted at the MAJCOM level, the data can be imported at the installation level.
