Spray a medium large casserole with vegetable oil cooking spray Cut the tortillas into 1 inch strips, set aside In a mixing bowl, combine the soups, milk ,onion and salt and pepper to taste. Cover the bottom of the prepared casserole with a layer of the soups using about 1/4 of the mixture. Add a layer of half the tortillas strips. Add all the chicken, then spread the chilies evenly over the chicken. Layer on the remaining tortillas.
