In 1985, APPAM created the Committee of Institutional Representatives and asked each member institution to appoint a representative to the committee. To date, the chairs of the Institutional Representatives have been the following: Anita Summers, Univ. of Pennsylvania (1985-1989) Irwin Feller, Penn State Univ.
