The movie “Earth” is about 90 min. of “Planet Earth” that is on TV/DVD. There are a few added story lines to the movie Earth but it would probably be more economical just to buy the DVD series. Animals do die in the series/movie. They do not show any blood, guts, and gore in the series/movie, they are very respectful towards the circle of life. It is worth watching whether you go to the movies or purchase the DVD series. If you do decide to buy the series look for “Planet Earth”.
