Who has final approvals on various stages of Partnership Programs applications and awards?
The Vice President (Research) is the institutional signatory for Partnership Program awards. VPR approvals/decisions are informed by the VPs of the other areas impacted by infrastructure projects (Finance and Services, Facilities Management and Development, Academic, etc). VPR decisions are also informed by the Faculties hosting the infrastructure projects. For the processes involved in Partnership Programs applications and awards, it could be thought of as the Project Lead initiating the desired action, triggering ensuing oversight and approvals by appropriate UofC support staff in various departments. Detailed procedural information is made available to applicants and award holders.
