Who has developed effective learning/ serious games using mobile platforms?

I am identifying the learning and wider serious games usage through the use of mobile platforms (PDAs, mobile phones, other). I am interested in a range of areas but am most interested in interactive graphical applications on mobile rather than simple text/ sms interactions (although I’d be interested to hear of all of these as part of the wider discussion about platform connectivity).
