Who has been involved in the design of EZ Dec?
The EZ Dec Project is a public-private, multi-agency collaborative effort that includes: • City of Chicago Departments of Building, Cashiering, Revenue, Tax, Water and Zoning • Cook County Assessor’s Office and Recorder of Deeds • Illinois Department of Revenue • Representatives from several Title Companies, including – Chicago Title, First American Title, Near North National Title and Ticor Title • Representatives from several Law Firms, including – Drost & Schmidt, Hoogendoorn & Talbot LLP , Law Offices of Michael Wasserman, Law Offices of Ryan Krueger, Nolan & Nolan and Silver Law Office • Keane and The Revere Group • DePaul University Real Estate Center
