Any University Official with knowledge of the sexual harassment of a student has an obligation to report this information to the Institutional Equity and Diversity Office (or to the University Police if it is criminal sexual harassment). “University Official” refers to all employees of the University. This includes faculty members, and other personnel, including but not limited to personnel in the University Support Personnel System (USPS), Technical, Executive, Administrative, and Managerial Support (TEAMS) and Other Personnel Services (OPS) classifications.
