Who has access to view my e-resumé/application?
That depends. • If you apply for a specific competition, HR personnel involved in the recruitment process in the hiring department will have access to view your application. • If you add your e-resumé to the corporate resumé database, all HR personnel with appropriate access (regardless of their department) will have access to view your most current e-resumé.
