Who has access to the Parental Controls settings?
Only the master Username or an adult Username is empowered to set or change any Parental Controls settings. Keep your password a secret because anyone signing on to AOL with your master Username or adult Username and password can set access levels for the other Usernames on your account. Once you are finished with setting up AOL Parental Controls, you will need to sign off and exit from the AOL software. Close all browsers before you allow your child to sign on again. If you stay signed on with your adult Username, your child will be able to edit the Parental Controls settings for any Username.
