Who has access to the files that are shared?
A. Just the person who receives an email telling them that there is a file in the Holding Area that someone wants them to see. The shared file is held in a directory having a randomized name with 8 to the power of 10 different combinations. Putting it another way, it would take a computer with a single 2GHz processor running 24 hours per day around 13 years to try all the combinations for one directory name. In addition, shared files in the holding area are automatically deleted after 7 days whether they’ve been collected or not.
