• The guild Webmistress and the guild president (and vice president if there is one in office) and potentially 1 other board member that the president may select to have access to the site. The Webmistress is responsible for providing the President (and vice-president) with necessary password information and instructions each year or whenever there is a password change or significant structural changes.
