You. Most Max Group manufacturers handle consumer warrantees direct but you can decide the level of service you want to offer your customers. Your website is enabled with an online RMA module. For Max Group RMAs you will need to get an RMA # from Max Group. The consumer can ship the product back to Max Group with your name, packing list and the RMA # on the box and we will process and ship directly back to the consumer. This eliminates 2 steps in the process.
