If your hereUare-purchased USB phone is not working, hereUare will replace the USB phone. You can use the speaker on your computer as well to have conversations, so you should have no interruption of your valued hereUare Connected service. If your Internet connection is not working, please contact your ISP, cable, or DSL provider. You should not have to call your local phone company unless they happen to be your high-speed Internet provider.
