Soon we will. We are working on a program to provide a central call center for all customer support services. Our upstream service suggested a support center but we decided it was more cost effective and beneficial to supply our own. This is coming soon but for now, you are responsible for customer support. Our dialup software makes customer support almost nonexistent. Most support requests are to change passwords.
