Who handles claims in states where PMA doesn have service offices?
PMA is responsible for the seamless management and supervision of all claims. In the case of claims outside our marketing territory, claims may be adjusted by our business partner under our direction and supervision. We are accountable and responsible for the results of all claims and we hold our business partner to PMA’s exceptional standards. All clients may have access to their claims information on-line and/or through monthly management reports.
