Who had the most base hits in the 90s?

I believe the answer is Rafael Palmeiro. This is not taken from a list anywhere so there could be someone out there who I missed checking the stats for that has more, but the most I found from checking out the all-time hits leaders were: Rafael Palmeiro 1747 (Rangers/Orioles) Craig Biggio 1728 (Astros) Tony Gwynn 1713 (Padres) Those were the only 3 I found with over 1700 hits in the 90s… next best was Roberto Alomar with 1678. edit – I have since found a new tool for looking this up on baseball-reference.com, and using that I realise that there was someone I forgot to check to beats Palmeiro’s total… the correct answer to this question is actually Mark Grace, who had 1754 hits for the Cubs in the decade. Apologies for the erroneous info, but I did put a disclaimer on it!!!
