Who guides the Reform Agenda process?
Under the overall guidance of the President, ADB’s vice presidents are playing a key role in steering the agenda and communicating internally and externally ADB’s commitment to reform. A Reform Coordination Committee (RCC) facilitates the reform process by • coordinating the implementation of the agenda • monitoring its progress • communicating with staff and stakeholders. The RCC is led by the Managing Director General with 10 senior staff as standing members, assisted by an RCC Secretariat.
