Who guarantees the perfect condition of the cars at the moment of the delivery ?
Ferrando Moto Import, S.L. checks and makes check that the cars are in mint condition before the delivery. As we are not a transport company we entrust the freight of the cars to their final destination to transport companies hired either by us or directly by the client, in both cases with the total authorization of the client. Being those transport companies outside our organization it is their duty to make a meticulous check of the condition of the cars at the loading in case there is any damage, being obliged to note it down on the CMR or BL and being of our company responsibility.
