Who grades my homeworks, and how long does it take?
The personal mentor assigned to you is also the person that grades your homework. He/she should try to grade your homeworks within a week from the time you hand them in. • Do the courses require any textbooks? No. All the material is online and contained within the learning environment. However, if you choose to use a book for additional reference, this is fine as well. • How many hours per week should I devote to each course? This is completely up to you. We do encourage students to devote at least 5 hours per week to the course, just to ensure progress through the course. • What is the ‘lab fee’? In these courses, you ‘learn by doing’–you work on projects within the learning environment as you go through the materials. For this reason, you are required to pay the ‘lab fee’ so that you will have an account in which to save your work.
