Who gets the court cost monies?

If there is money remaining after the amount due on any outstanding cases has been paid, you will receive a refund through the mail. • Do I get my surety bond back? No, the court did not receive any monies; there are none to return. You dealt with a private bond company that guaranteed your appearance. • How do I get a Public Defender? You must fill out a form called a financial statement. You can pick this form up at the courthouse or request that it be mailed. It has to be signed under oath. • Where do I find an evaluator or treatment provider? The clerks at the court have a list of state approved evaluators. There are also treatment provider lists. • I paid my no insurance ticket, why am I suspended?
