Who gets royalties?
The team members all get royalties, as well as the Indiana Soybean Alliance, and or Indiana Corn Board, and Purdue University. Since you worked on the project while attending Purdue, you will receive a portion of the moneys, but the University ultimately retains ownership. The distribution of royalties will be decided by the team members on the patent disclosure forms and are not necessarily equal.
