Answer 1. The INDEST Consortium has 38 institutions as its core members. These Institutions are funded by the Ministry of Human Resource Development. Subscriptions for resources subscribed for these institutions would be paid by the INDEST Consortium. However, other educational institutions can also join the Consortium and get the benefit of highly discounted rates of subscription and better terms of agreement with the publishers. Question 2.
