Each party to the case receives their own CIF. The other party also gets a copy unless there is an Order for Nondisclosure. If there is an Order for Nondisclosure, the CIF is still filed in court, but the other party gets a separate form. To get an Order of Nondisclosure from the Child Support Program (CSP), you must provide a contact address so the other party can give you notice about issues in the case.
