Who gave the intital idea to diversify into handset-making?
RS: I was the culprit. But we had a lot of other challenges as the idea took shape into something more concrete. The challenges were right product and distribution & pricing. Moreover, the handling of the distribution system was also very critical. Where the current times are concerned, what has become most critical is to create a strong brand.
