Talk about a rough night. I’d love to tell you I know what happened to Kelly Osbourne, and why she was photographed looking like she was in some kind of major bar brawl, but I don’t. I do know that this pic was taken yesterday on her way home from a doctor’s appointment, where she, presumably, had that eye checked out.
