The PASTORERO TACO GRILL restaurant chain was founded by Tom Hunsaker, Dora Salinas-Thomas and Doug Thomas. Dora, born and raised in Mexico City, was in search of the best way to feature the contemporary Mexican Food flavors of Mexico City – particularly Tacos al Pastor – in the United States. Together the three founded PASTORERO TACO GRILL to deliver the incredible flavors of Mexico City to main streets across America and beyond.
