Who founded the Hillman Entrepreneurs Program?
The impetus for the program came from David Hillman, founder and CEO of Southern Management Corporation. Mr. Hillman, a life-long resident of this area, started his property management company in 1965. Today, with approximately 25,000 units in the Mid-Atlantic region, Southern Management is a leader in the field. The Hillman Entrepreneurs Program is a collaboration of the David H. and Suzanne G. Hillman Family Foundation, Prince George’s Community College and the University of Maryland, College Park.
