Who founded and operates 21CCCS?
21CCCS was founded in 2001 by 64 school districts that saw a need for cyber school, and wanted a school they could ensure offered the highest quality curriculum. 8 superintendents represent these 64 districts on our Board, and they along with the Executive Directors of the Intermediate Units of Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties and a parent, help guide our school. The school is chartered by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
