Who exactly do social workers help?
Children mostly. They make regular visits to the homes of children they know are in danger from abuse, neglect, etc, and interrogate the parents about how they are looking after their kids, and if they aren’t doing a good enough job the social workers have the right to take the children off the parents and put them in care so they can be adopted by a loving family.
