Applications are first screened for eligibility by the Financial Aid and Awards Associate in University Life, then forwarded to the Awards Adjudication Panel for their consideration. Members of The Panel are appointed by the Chair of Academic Council. The Awards Adjudication Panel consists of a minimum of one faculty member from each Faculty, one staff member from each Faculty, and one student appointed by the Chair of Academic Council.
