RFO evaluation teams included 60 agency representatives, DIR staff, and subject matter experts. The teams were Data Center Services (IT management), Technical, Financial, Terms and Conditions (Legal), and Human Resources. Additionally, there was an Executive Advisory Panel of agency business executives to review the evaluation results and provide feedback to DIR.
