Who establishes RAC policies?
A. – Broadly, the Directors have primary responsibility for development of policies. The Board of Directors may prescribe rules and regulations relating to the management and operation of RAC as they deem expedient and which are not inconsistent with the Constitution. In practice these rules and regulations are incorporated into the Policies and Procedures Manual, which is the set of guidelines used by the Officers to manage the daily business of RAC.
