Seems you and i have more than a bit in common. I had jet black hair with hot pink ends a couple of years ago. No one ever said anything, but you should see the looks I got at parent teacher conferences. I am a musician and in the clubs people love it, but the same hair is shocking to people in the day light I guess because where they would love it and want to touch it at night they would stare and raise eyebrows in the day. For my kids sake I changed it (not to say you should) but my kids LOVED it when it was pink, so I don’t know if it mattered what I did with it one way or another. And yeah, my twins are straight A students too…but it didn’t seem to change the glares.
