Who ensures that my care plan is being followed?
Our Director of Nursing will be involved in overseeing the care plan for every one of our patients. She will do initial assessments, supervise all staff nurses, provide periodic guidance and training to our staff nurses, and make periodic visits to your home. During her supervisory visits to your home, she will ask you specific questions regarding your care to identify any areas that we can improve your care.
