Who enforces the dress code?
All too often, dress codes are enforced inconsistently—or not at all! Whoever gives it, feedback is essential. Ideally, feedback is given by an employee’s immediate supervisor or manager with HR available for help. Providing training or coaching is one of the best forms of support HR can give managers and supervisors.
