These agents operate all over the country to make sure all dealers are complying buy the Federal Trade Commission’s Buyers Guide Rule. Also, some States have there own laws that require Dealers to comply by the FTC Buyers Guide Rule. States may also levy fines against Dealers that fail to post Buyers Guides on all vehicles.
