The Council has authorised specific officers to be able to issue FPN’s for a variety of offences. The Council is intending to increase the number of authorised staff who can carry out enforcement work in the future. Such officers will be fully trained to issue FPN’s and carry evidence of their identity and authority. You can download a summary of the Fixed Penalty Notices.
