The cause of nausea during pregnancy, also called morning sickness, is not well understood. Morning sickness is the nausea and vomiting that is experienced during the first trimester of pregnancy. Originally the hCG hormone is made by the embryo inside a woman’s body and then the placenta takes over to produce the progesterone hormone. It might even be the progesteron
