Who else thought the movie “The Happening” was a little messed up, but good movie?
I thought it was good, but a little disappointing. The concept was excellent, it had potential…but ultimately it went nowhere, and the characters really weren’t that plausible, despite the couple’s seeming rupture, for example…so what could have went somewhere was instead replaced by a few funny death scenes and a rather disturbing “window execution”…this movie basically felt like having a great big sneeze die out at the moment of climax.
