Who else thinks that the xbox 360 is a total rip off?
All of the reasons you listed were your own fault. You should do your research before you buy something. It clearly lists on the 360’s box what the Arcade comes with. Why would that be MS’s fault that you didn’t take 5 minutes to read the box or go online and check it out? Why would offering different versions of something and clearly stating which version has what be a rip off? I think that’s the polar opposite of a rip off. A rip off would be if they didn’t actually list what each had or only offered one choice. Do you buy a car and then complain that it doesn’t have what you wanted in it? No, you do your research and choose which model and upgrades will fit your lifestyle. If you want something will all the bells and whistles, you don’t buy a clunker and if you want something affordable, common sense says you won’t be able to get a Mercedes. You can do plenty with a Silver account like access the Marketplace, send messages, etc. but in order to play online multiplayer you need Gold.
