Yes I have, listen to this I had the N82 on contract and there was a major fault with the camera it kept on saying a certain message, then they were good enough to change the handset stupid me picked the N95 there was all sorts of problems with that, I took the phone back within 8 days of having it. It must of been back about 6 times yet they still would not change it, they then upgraded the software and said oh that’s fine, then when my phone got stolen they said sorry your phone is not covered under the insurance. I then played hell with them for selling duff insurance they then said to me what did I want them to do? I then said to them look it is me who is paying for the contract and the contract is void unless I have a working phone. They then decided not to do anything I then went in with my dad he then kicked up a fuss because the phone was cutting out during calls then it would switch off by it self.
