Who else is involved with Strategic Facility Planning?
Dick Priester is always personally involved in all projects and assignments undertaken by SFP. In many cases the workload requirements are such that additional resources are required. In those cases, with client approval, SFP will hire or subcontract for services to assure the successful staffing of the project. (In most cases, these additional personnel have remained with the clients as full-time employees after project completion.) On average since inception, SFP has maintained a billable headcount of two people, allowing it to be nimble and cost-effective.
