Who else is annoyed at the fact that Austin was voted off X factor Saturday night?
I was really surprised he was in the bottom two – and then I watched the Xtra Factor later (the first one) and was surprised again when 2 of the 3 celebrity guests predicted Austin for the bottom 2. At first I was confident Austin would be put through over Rachel, but when it came to the decision I had doubts, as I knew the judges always seemed to like Rachel…so when Cheryl sent Austin home i was like Uh oh, maybe he isn’t safe. I got Cheryl’s point though that Austin will probably get a contract anyway, whereas Rachel probably wouldn’t if she’d gone then, as she hasn’t shown the best of her abilities yet. She’s had a few bad songs. But at the end of the day, I preferred Austin. If Austin had been saved I’m, sure he wouldn’t have been in the bottom 2 next week though, as people would have realised he wasn’t getting enough votes. As for Daniel, yeah, it isn’t really fair of people to vote because of sympathy rather than talent. It’s the British peoples’ fault!
I don’t think it was right that Austin was voted out of X factor last night as I think he has a great voice and is very talented. Although Daniel has a good voice, I don’t think he has the X factor and he would be more suited to cabaret or a cruise ship. I do feel sorry for him having lost his wife (I have lost someone very close to me so I know how hes feeling), but I don’t think he deserves to be going through each week! There’s not much anyone can do about the decisions though! I want Laura, Alexandra or JLS to win!!
I was DISGUSTED! I had Austin (or Diana) to win from practically the first time I heard them sing… how can Louis say Rachel is a ‘raw talent’?? She just screams everything, I would not want to sit down and listen to a CD of that voice, like nails down a chalkboard! I just can’t believe Austin has gone, his voice is beautiful, and I never understood what they said about him not connecting with the public – in my opinion he always did. I think Louis went for the sob-story (boohoo, I found myself pregnant and did drugs and my kids went into care!) rather than the most talented person on that stage… just like the previous week when Scott went over Daniel. Daniel has to go next with Rachel following close behind – they’re way out of their depth! I hope Austin gets a recording contract and does really well, I want to hear his voice again!!
