Who else here has Tinnitus?
That’s not true about the liver and the kidneys. I don’t think your headaches have anything to do with it. I’ve had it for a few years, it’s getting louder but 90% of the time I can ‘tune it out’ like we tune out ordinary sounds in our lives. When it began I used to walk along busy roads so that the sound of traffic smothered it, but now hardly think of it. There is no cure, we just have to learn to deal with it. The worst bit is when there is silence, like at dawn, if I’m not careful then the tinnitus intrudes.
