Who does the painting and who will supervise the job?
We use only Queen Anne Painting trained employees, not sub-contractors. Queen Anne Painting uses the “Lead Painter” system. Each of our Lead Painters manages a set crew of 2-3 painters. The continuity this system offers has many advantages. For example, they are more productive and efficient as a team because they are paired to complement each other’s styles and skills. We have a staff size of approximately 35 painters, with each member averaging 6 years with Queen Anne Painting. Our most tenured painter has been with the company 19 years.
