Our landscaping is taken care of by K.C. Landscaping & Maintenance, a localy owned and operated company. They are responsible for the following: • Spring Clean-up: (ASAP – weather permitting – April) • Grounds Maintenance: (May – Sept) • Fall Clean-up: (October – weather permitting) • Special Services: (April – October as required) If you have issues with normal maintenance you should contact a member of the board or our property management company verna@simcomgt.com.
